NO WALK IN FREEZER? NO PROBLEM.
Some facilities operate with refrigerated storage at approximately 34°F but do not have dedicated freezer capacity.
Because Verne Industrial Ice Packs must be frozen before use, these operations require an appropriate freezing solution as part of their Ice Pack rotation system.
The required solution depends primarily on the size of the operation and the number of Ice Packs that must be prepared for the following day’s routes.
SMALLER OPERATIONS
For smaller Ice Pack requirements, an appropriately sized commercial grade freezer may provide the necessary freezing capacity. Ice Packs are returned after the distribution route, placed in the freezer and prepared for the next operating cycle.
LARGE SCALE OPERATIONS
Operations using multiple Industrial Coolers may require dozens or even hundreds of Ice Packs to be processed simultaneously. In these applications, a properly sized Blast Chiller/Freezer System can provide the capacity and organization required for high volume Ice Pack rotation.
